About Kevin Bloom

Kevin Bloom is an award-winning South African journalist who has written for many of the country’s mainstream publications. He has been editor-at-large of Maverick magazine, co-editor of Empire magazine and founding editor of The Media magazine.

Kevin completed Ways of Staying, his first book, as a Writing Fellow at the Wits Institute of Social and Economic Research (WISER) in Johannesburg.
